MOLD DESIGN / HARDWARE
BLS has the ability to design and produce all molds, apparatus and production assisting special equipment in line with customer needs within the structure of our company. This way we are able to provide fast returns to our customers’ requests.
With the knowledge accumulated in our units, we are working on product development and error free production and manufacturing process. We are able to provide efficient and suitable returns on our projects concerning mold, apparatus design and product development in line with our computerized mechanical engineering and fluidity analysis.
BLS is able to produce EPDM and TPE compounds with spine, stranded, flocked or adhesive tape
of various hardnesses and densities on its continuous extrusion and co-extrusion lines, in accordance with customers’ demands.
BLS is a leading sectoral pioneer with its co-extrusion lines combining varied compounds, surface and length measurement techniques for fault-free manufacturing and engineering and design studies consisting of a proactive approach.
On production lines providing large scale automation, BLS is equipped with unique personnel specialized in performing manual operations. Final operations such as injection, welding, cutting and so on are carried out with the help of equipment designed within the BLS facilities, with the principle of fault-elimination.
